Once you've placed your order on Coccinelle.com, among the shipping methods you can select the "Click and Collect" option to ship your order directly to the Coccinelle boutique you prefer.
You can easily find the boutique closest to you by entering the postcode or the city in the field that will appear in the second step of the order and thanks to the map you can easily find the boutique you are looking for.
When carrying out the order you can find out in which countries the Click and Collect service is active.

Shipping time: When you place an order, you'll be able to see the arrival date at the boutique. When the order gets to the boutique, it will be notified by email.

Order pick-up: You will receive 3 notifications (one every 5 days) from in-store delivery. After the 3rd you will no longer be able to pick up your article.

Returns: To return your item purchased with Click & Collect option you have to follow the same procedure as purchases made through Coccinelle.com. Click here to find it out.
