Return refund: you need to have a bank account to allow us to issue a bank transfer to your bank or postal account indicated by you; the time required for reception varies depending on the Institute.

Return refund: The refund will be visible on your PayPal Account within 48 hours after receiving the refund confirmation email

Payment by credit card:
If the credit card is not denominated in local currency, the final price will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate on the date the credit card issuing company processes the transaction.
Refund per return: the refund will be credited on the same Credit Card used at the moment of purchase; the time required to receive the credit varies depending on the bank.
We are only allowed to refund to the credit card originally used for payment, if the credit card you used for payment has expired or been blocked:
a. and you have a new card issued by the same financial institution: the refund will still arrive to the account of your new credit card, despite the number being different
b. but you no longer have an account with that financial institution, contact the bank directly to check the details of the pending refund. The financial institution generally issues a physical allowance to reimburse you for the full amount. We recommend that you provide the financial institution with a valid postal address if necessary.

Payment in installments:
Split your payment into 3 or 4 (depending on the country) interest-free installments to remit the cost of your purchase over time. The first payment will be made when the order is fulfilled, while the other 2/3 will be withdrawn every 30 days from the debit or credit card tou choose. With Klarna you have the flexibility to pay in installments without any additional interest.
Return refund: the refund will be made on the same Credit or Debit Card used at the time of purchase;
