Once the order has been shipped, generally after 2 business days, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and a tracking number to follow the shipment of your order:
1. If you placed your order as a registered user, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the "ORDERS" section
2. If you have made the order as an un-registered user, you can check the status of your order from the "TRACK MY ORDER" section, available here

Shipping schedules are about 2 working days even if this indication is to be considered only as a reference:
1. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes
2. During the sales period, deliveries may be delayed by 2-3 working days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All products are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once the products have been delivered to the address for the specified shipment and the person who picked them up has signed, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your package is damaged at the time of delivery, we suggest that you refuse delivery, or write a note at the time of signature specifying that you are accepting a damaged package.
We require proof of delivery for each order and cannot authorize the delivery of packages without the signature. If you are not available at the time of delivery of your order, a new delivery attempt will be made the next day. If necessary, a third attempt will be made the following day. In case of non-delivery on the third attempt, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. It is not possible to book a delivery time or make appointments with the courier. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours.
The courier does not make deliveries during pre-holidays and holidays.
1. Orders addressed to postbox, to APO/FPO/DPO are not accepted as well as post hold request
2. For your safety, new users' orders may only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder or a company that we can independently verify
3. We do not ship through shippers
In case your order has been delivered and you have noticed that some items are missing, please contact us via the appropriate button below.
You will need to provide us with the following information in order to begin an investigation with the courier company:
. general photos of the parcel (possibly from different angles)
. photos of the contents
. details on the delivery method
. details on the condition of the parcel upon delivery
Please keep everything you have received, including the cardboard box, until the end of the investigation with the courier.
